Our riders returned to racing in Europe after two weekends in Indonesia, and it was in Loket, the usual venue for the MXGP of the Czech Republic, that the 13th round of the championship took place. On a track that has not been modified for some time, there were (too many) crashes in both classes.

Ninth to pick the starting gate, Valentin was not very lucky in the first race, as he was involved in a fall after the start. Rejoining the top 30, he was 25th after four laps, but on a fast triple jump he fell when his bike, probably damaged from the accident at the start, malfunctioned just before the jump. Fortunately, he was not injured in this fall. In contrast, Kevin was the only one to finish the race, placing 13th after a bad start.

The second start was completely different for Valentin, who made the first laps in sixth position and regained confidence lap after lap to finally jump the triple again; he finished in ninth place, only one position ahead of Kevin. For his part, Kevin, who had another bad start, made a good comeback, finishing in 10th position.

Next weekend our riders will have to battle on the sand of the Belgian track of Lommel for the next round of MXGP.
